Photo Contest for Real Carriage Door Book
About the Contest:
The Real Carriage Door Company is announcing a competition exclusively for our customers. We are looking for the best photos of your Real Carriage Doors. Photo finalists will be published in a coffee table book (Vol. 1). Finalists will receive one free copy of the book. The finalist selected for the Cover Photo will also receive a $350 cash award.
Note: Book cover on right is a sample only, final cover TBD.
Deadline for Entries:
July 1st 2009
Eligibility:
All Real Carriage Door Customers including Homeowners, Builders, or Architects associated with the project. Those related to the project will be listed alongside photo (free advertising!).
Photo Taking Tips:
- Light quality is important. Take your photos in the morning or evening light (just before the sun sets)
- Be sure to remove all items that you don't want in the shot: Minivans, Basketball hoops, garden hoses, etc..
- Remember to compose the shot: include close ups of carriage doors, details, and complete setting (whole building).
Materials to Submit:
- Images: highest resolution images available (minimum resolution 1600 x 1600 pixels). Preferably JPEG format.
- Brief Project Description: function of the space, renovation or new construction, historic home?
- Name, City, State, Email Address (if you are a builder or architect give us your company name)
- Quote: How was your experience with our company and your finished doors?
You Acknowledge:
- By submitting photographs you authorize Real Carriage Door Company to use your photos in promotionals materials, publications, and the web.
